Whether the customer is doing the installation themselves or you have professional technicians in the field - the eero mobile app comes with built-in tools to simplify installation.
eero Pro 6 is easy to place in the home, with a compact design of the device as well as the power supply, and a generous cable making it easier to place the device up high for optimal coverage.
eero comes with a built-in speed test that is run automatically at night at regular intervals. In a mesh setup, the test runs on the cabled master node.
Test results are registered and can be read from the eero app as well as eero Insight, where you can follow up on individual customers and see speed statistics across households.
Of course speed tests can also be performed manually as needed:
End users and technicians will find their tools in the eero mobile app.
