eero’s mobile app gives you complete control of your eero wifi network.
Verify that you are using the correct email address
When you buy / receive eero devices from your internet provider or dinwifi.no , an email address is registered as the owner of the network.
The first person in the household to log in to the app must use this email address to be recognized as the correct customer.
When you as the owner are logged in, you can invite others (in or outside the household) so that they can also log in to the app and access the network settings–see how in Adding more administrators to an eero wifi network .
Verify that you use the same login method every time
If you are sure that the email address is correct, verify that you have been consistent with how you log in.
In the eero app, you can either log in with an eero user or with an Amazon user. It is not possible to mix the two; you must continue to choose the same method as the first time you logged in.
If your account gets locked
If you try too many times to log in with a user that is not accepted, your account may be locked by eero. Reach out to customer support at your internet provider or dinwifi.no (depending on where you got your eero devices from) to unlock your account.
