From our warehouse at Ryensvingen in Oslo, we offer a range of fulfillment services for ISPs. We deliver deployment-ready devices, with configuration and accessories tailored to your wishes and your customers’ needs.

Custom Firmware

We ship all Zyxel CPEs and access points with configurations adapted to the customer’s production environment.

How It Works: From CPE Order to Managed Device

  1. Når en kunde bestiller en ny Zyxel CPE-modell, setter Eye Networks Engineering opp et møte med kundens tekniske team om konfigurasjon. 
    • The starting point is always Eye Networks’ thoroughly tested best practice configuration, which is reviewed with you as the customer to see what should or must be changed.
    • This ensures that the device configuration is adapted to your production environment and the end customer’s needs.
    • The configuration includes the ACS URL and provisioning code, which ensure that all devices are automatically registered in the correct instance of EyeSaaS Pearl (or your own ACS if applicable).
  1. The final configuration is tested, either by you as the customer, or by us using the Eye Networks Sparkle service.
  2. Once you have approved the firmware configuration, we upgrade all devices to the new configuration before they leave our warehouse.
  3. When the device is connected at the customer’s home, it contacts the management system and registers itself. Both the MAC address and serial number automatically appear in Pearl for easy retrieval.

Custom Unboxing

We can use your preferred packaging and label packaging and/or devices.

We can also customize the contents of the packaging and save both you and the end customer from hassle by:

  • Including extra cables, customized documentation, or other materials
  • Pre-installing transceivers and SIM cards

Custom SSID

This is a separate service that combines configuration and custom labeling of devices, ensuring that the customer always gets the correct SSID information on their device.
